   The Wuxi International Conference Center project is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Zhenze Road and Qingshu Road, adjacent to the Shangxian River Wetland, with a total construction area of 119,700 square meters. The project is positioned as an international top-level conference complex. It serves as the permanent venue for the World Internet of Things Expo and...the Wuxi International Conference Center is one of the important carriers for strengthening the central city functions during the 14th Five-Year Plan period of the Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.The project mainly consists of a multifunctional hall, a grand hall, a lecture hall, meeting rooms, office spaces, and an attached wetland park. The ten-thousand-person auditorium, central hall, and grand hall are the three main spaces of the Wuxi International Conference Center project.

Among them, the ten-thousand-person auditorium area, with its stunning appearance, is the largest single venue in the country, aesthetically pleasing and grand. The ceiling is composed of triangular shapes, neat and rich in geometric aesthetics. The aluminum ceiling and wall panels in the project are all made from Shanghai Simon Aluminum Industry brand products.This project’s 27-meter aluminum wall panels have broken the known record of 17 meters for the longest application of metal panels in existing projects, achieving the "world's longest". It uses perforated double-sided composite corrugated aluminum panels, which enhance the structural rigidity of the ultra-large panel while ensuring the flatness of the surface. A BIM model was used for in-depth design, improving the efficiency of detailed design output by 100%, while also reducing the occurrence of errors and omissions in the drawings. By applying the most advanced intelligent processing equipment in the country, the panels are formed through an intermittent folding process, using an integrated machine for rolling, achieving unlimited length in panel production.

  The ultra-high soundproof partitions provided by Simon Aluminum for the ten-thousand-person auditorium have also broken the known highest record of 14.8 meters, with a partition height that ranks first in the country. From product design, production processing to transportation and installation, new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment are actively adopted, resulting in multiple innovative achievements. The sound insulation coefficient of the partition can reach STC53 decibels, the fire resistance limit can reach 2.1 hours, and tensile load tests have achieved the highest records among similar products.

      When creating ultra-large ceiling modules, the company's R&D team collaborated with the project construction party to use high-precision measurements, helping the project construction party improve construction efficiency and ensure millimeter-level precision. The project shortened the overall installation period by more than 40%, while achieving zero waste and zero rework.
